I came to Arnaud when I was in a fairly tumultuous period in my career, see-sawing between decisions. I desperately needed more clarity on what I wanted, what my key strengths were, as well as how to be more confident in going after my goals. Arnaud helped me achieve all of this and more. I was able to understand some of the underlying psychological blockers and start to build structures to support myself better.
